SocialScheduler

Effective 7 October 2026

Privacy Policy

SocialScheduler is a private, single-user automation operated by Mohamed Khallal for the owner’s own Google account and social-media destinations. It does not accept public users.

Google data accessed and why

With the owner’s authorization, SocialScheduler reads Google Drive folder and file metadata and downloads selected image or video files for content preparation. It uses access to app-created or app-authorized Drive files to manage folders and files needed by the workflow. It reads Google Sheets scheduling rows and writes queue and publication-status updates to the owner’s scheduling spreadsheet.

The requested scopes are drive.readonly, drive.file, and spreadsheets. Access is used only to provide these functions. Connecting a Google account does not, by itself, enable publishing.

Storage and protection

Scheduling metadata, duplicate-prevention records, and necessary media caches are stored in the owner-controlled private automation. OAuth credentials are kept in access-restricted credential storage; they are not included in published content or on this website. Access is restricted to the owner and the services needed to operate the automation.

Use and sharing

Google user data is not sold or shared for advertising, marketing, data brokering, or unrelated purposes. Private Drive and Sheets data is not made public by connecting Google. Only content deliberately selected and authorized for publication by the owner may be transferred to the owner’s chosen media-storage and social-media providers to carry out that requested publication. Scheduling and account data is not provided to those platforms for independent use.

SocialScheduler does not use Google user data to train generalized AI or machine-learning models. Human access is limited to the owner, except where necessary for security or compliance with applicable law.

SocialScheduler’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Retention and owner controls

Operational records are retained as needed for scheduling, audit history, and duplicate prevention. The owner can remove unnecessary media caches and revoke the app’s access through Google Account permissions. Revocation stops future Google access; existing owner-controlled operational records can be removed separately by the owner.
